Seasonal Rates (in US Dollars):
Memorial Weekend through October
$1200 per week + $75 cleaning fee
$200 per night with a three day minimum + $75 cleaning fee
All others
$900 per week + $75 cleaning fee
$450 for three day minimum + $75 cleaning fee
A 6% State of Michigan tax is in addition to the rates.

Terms
A $250 refundable deposit required with a signed rental agreement before the availability calendar will be updated with reserved dates.
50% due 60 days prior to reservation date.
Balance paid 30 days in advance of occupancy.
